Sales and client advisory assistant part-time in Palma

We've just opened an office in Palma and we're looking for someone to help us get to know the island's businesses and turn conversations into clients: a part-time role in sales and client advisory, working with the founder and the Ostend Digital team.

The role in three parts.

What you'll do

  • Research businesses in Mallorca (estate agents, developers, hotels, renovation firms, service companies) and build contact lists.
  • Call and visit businesses to introduce Ostend Digital and book first consultations.
  • Join the founder in client meetings, take notes and prepare the follow-up.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations in Spanish and adapt materials to the local market.
  • Keep the CRM up to date so that no contact gets lost.
  • Represent Ostend Digital at events and business networks on the island.

What we're looking for

  • Native or C1 Spanish: essential.
  • English or German at B2 level or above. Both is even better.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, not a must.
  • You enjoy talking to people and picking up the phone doesn't scare you.
  • You're organised and persistent: a follow-up never gets forgotten.

What we offer
